Basic Cheer: This class is designed for the beginner cheerleader who has less than 3 years of cheering experience. In this class you will learn all of the basics of cheerleading, from jumps, to tumbling, to arm motions. This is a great way to get the head start that is needed to be competitive in this growing sport.
Advanced Jump Class:
This class is designed for cheerleaders who want to improve their jumps. This class serves as a great aerobic workout for all those who participate. Get ready to sweat. This is a high energy class which focuses on jump form and execution, endurance, and flexibility.
Cheer Tumble Class: This class was designed to meet the needs of the beginner tumbler to the most advanced tumbler. In effort to better meet the needs of our students we have broken our cheer tumble class down into 5 leveled classes based on the needs of each student. Below is a description of each class and the requirements to be that each class. To be fair to all students we ask that you place your child in the appropriate class. On the first night of classes the Paramount staff will check and see if the student is in the correct class.
Advancement to the next class will come based on perfection of skill not based on time in class. Some students may be in the same level class for more then one season.
Beginner Cheer Tumble I:
The class is designed for cheerleaders with little to no tumbling experience. The class will focus on the very basic of fronts roles, cartwheels, round offs and back hand springs. This class will incorporate these skills along with all aspects of cheering. Some class time will be spent working on jumps, motions and other fundamentals of cheering.
Beginner Cheer Tumble II: The class is designed for cheerleaders with some tumbling experience. Students must be able to perform a strong round off and a spotted back hand spring to be in this class. The class will focus on round offs and back hand springs and running tumbling. This class will incorporate these skills along with all aspects of cheering. Some class time will be spent working on jumps, motions and other fundamentals of cheering.
Intermediate Cheer Tumble: The class is designed for cheerleaders with basic tumbling experience. Students must be able to perform a back hand spring with no spot to be in this class. The class will focus on mutable back hand springs, running tumbling and back tucks. This class will incorporate these skills along with all aspects of cheering. Some class time will be spent working on jumps, motions and other fundamentals of cheering.
Advance Cheer Tumble: The class is designed for cheerleaders with strong tumbling experience. Students must be able to perform mutable back hand springs and a round off back hand spring back tuck with no spot to be in this class. The class will focus on specialty passes, lay outs, front tumbling and full twisting preparation. Students should have a high level of self motivation and maturity. This class will incorporate these skills along with all aspects of cheering. Some class time will be spent working on jumps, motions and other fundamentals of cheering.
Full Twisting Class: The class is designed for cheerleaders with strong advance tumbling experience. Students must be able to perform round off back hand spring lay out with no spot to be in this class. The class will focus on specialty passes, front tumbling and full twisting. Students should have a high level of self motivation. This class will incorporate these skills along with all aspects of cheering. Some class time will be spent working on jumps, motions and other fundamentals of cheering. BY INVIATION ONLY
Basket-toss and Group Stunting Class: Gather your friends and come work on your stunts. You need 4-5 cheerleaders makes a stunt group. In this class you will be able to clean up your stunts and learn some new ones. This is a great opportunity to work on stunt series for competitions. Imagine one hour of non-stop stunting with your own stunt group. BY INVIATION ONLY
Co-ed Partner Stunting Class: This class is designed for the cheerleader who wants to experience co-ed stunting. Paramount will supply several experienced male cheerleaders to throw you around. No co-ed stunting experience is required. However, we strongly suggest that you have a strong background in flying in stunts. This class also welcomes all male cheerleaders who wish to improve their stunting skills. Please do not sign up if you are afraid of heights. BY INVIATION ONLY

We offer open gym space to any teams and squads that are in need of a clean safe place to practice. Practice on a regulation size floor. Feel free to book as many hours as you need. The mat is all yours! Video equipment is available for instant video analysis.

Do you need help cleaning up your cheers and/or routines? Bring your team to Paramount, we can help. Paramount will provide an experienced instructor to help you and give you pointers. You will practice on our regulation size cheerleading floor. Video equipment is available for fast positive feed back. Paramount is a great place to practice with a great instructor and improve!
