IMPORTANT NEWS CONCERNING
Payments:
Paramount
Gymnastics operates from September to May on a 36
week schedule. Payments are due by the first class of each
month. Payments
received after the 10th of each month will be assessed a
$10.00 late fee. A $25.00 charge will be assessed to your
account
for returned checks. All fees are non-refundable.
Missed
Classes:
One
make-up class will be given for each missed class. We would appreciate
absences phoned into the front desk. Make-up requests must
be scheduled in advance. You must sign up for a make-up class
to attend. For inclement weather, Paramount Gymnastics
will follow the Palmyra Area School District closings and delays.
If there is a morning delay all morning classes will be cancelled. If
there is an early dismissal, all evening classes will be canceled.
If school is closed all classes are canceled for the day. In
the event that classes are canceled for inclement weather,
a make-up class will be schedule.
Upon
Arrival:
Talk
to your child about safety during class. Example: staying
in line and listening carefully to the teacher. Arrive to class
5 to 10 minutes early to dress your child properly and make
a bathroom stop. Make sure your child is prepared to learn.
If there is a particular concern with your child, please alert
the teacher before the class begins. While waiting for class
to begin, please keep your child in the designated waiting
area. All parents must wait in the designated parent's waiting
area while your child is participating in class. This
enables your child to pay attention to the teacher without
distractions.
Dress
Code:
Girls -
Hair should be neat and secured away from the face. A
leotard or gym shorts may be worn. No jeans or jean shorts. Avoid
using slippery, full-footed tights. No jewelry or watches
should be worn to class.
Boys -
T-shirts tucked into shorts or warm-up pants. No jeans or jean
shorts. No jewelry or watches should be worn to class.
NOTE: Paramount Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel or combine classes due
to extenuating circumstances.
