PARAMPOUNT SPORTS COPMPLEX / SPRING TRAINING 2010

Eight(8) week specialty session to help you get ready for 5k's, marathons, triathlons or the beach!

Each 75 minute session includes intense training in the following format: 20 minutes of each: spin, jogging (outside or inside) and upper body strength training and stretching. In addition, weekly weigh-ins will take place for those members who want to stay on top of their weight loss. Nutrition information and training tips will also be provided.

DATE: Sundays @ 2:00 pm from March 7th to May 2nd. (Excluding Easter Sunday April 4th)

Cost: $25 per person for members / $65 per person for non members
