Junior Members WEIGHT LIFTING 101

8 wk specialty session to help you learn the basics to strength training.

• open to boys and girls ages 10-14
• receive instruction on gym cardio and strength equipment
• review of gym etiquette
• have a complete workout program at the end of the 8 week session

Sessions are one hour and will cover cardio, strength, abs and flexibility, in addition to a thorough warm-up.

Dates: Thursday's from 7:15pm - 8:15pm
March 11, 18, 25 & April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29

Cost: $25 per person for members / $65 for non members
